质量标准: EN 12115:11, 按照EN 13463-1 / EN 60079-0 标准测试。
应用范围: 硬壁光滑胶管，适用于输送绝大多数的腐蚀性化学品、溶剂、石油产品和油类。由INERIS 测试和批准，适用于防爆场合，多用 于化学及石油工业，液体罐车等。
温度范围: -40°C( -40°F) 到+100°C ( +212°F), 视介质而定。
软管结构
内层: 黑色, 光滑，超高分子交联聚乙烯（UPE）。化学品适应性 请参照IVG 化学物质表，当输送温度高于50℃请与我方联系。
加强层: 高强力合成线绳加螺旋钢丝。
外层: 黑色, 光滑（表面布纹），EPDM 橡胶, 耐化学品、耐磨、抗老化和耐臭氧。
电阻性: Ω/T, 导电胶管R1x106/lgth. 可用于防爆场合。长度等于或低于40米的电阻。

Application: hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of aggressive chemicals, solvents, petroleum products and oils. Hose tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas. Normally installed on tank trucks and discharge plats in chemical and oil industries.
Temperature: -40°C(-40°F) +100°C(+212°F) depending on medium.
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, high weight cross-linked polyethylene (UPE). Chemical resistance according to IVG chemical resistance chart. For temperature exceeding 50°C contact IVG.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone..
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose R≤1x106Ω/lgth. Electrical resistance guaranteed for lengths equal or lower than 40m. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.
