质量标准: EN 12115:11. 内管 FDA tit.21 item 177.1520, BfR cat. III.按照EN 13463-1/EN 60079.标准测试。不含塑化剂.
应用范围: 硬壁光滑软管，适用于输送绝大多数化学品、食品、石油 产品和油脂。由INERIS测试和批准，适用于防爆场合。
温度范围: -30°C( -22°F) 到+100°C( +212°F),视介质而定。
软管结构
内层: 黑白色斑点，光滑，食品级超高分子聚乙烯upe。化学品适 应性请参照CANDO化学物质表，当输送温度高于50℃请与我方联系。
加强层: 高强力合成线绳加螺旋钢丝。
外层: 黑色，光滑（表面布纹），EPDM 橡胶. 耐化学品、耐磨，抗老化和耐臭氧。
电阻性: Ω/T, 导电胶管1x103Ω≤R≤1x106/lgth. 长度等于或低于40米的电阻。可用于防爆场合。

Standards: EN 12115:11. Tube: Reg. EC 1935/04 and EC 2023/06. Reg. EU 10/2011 for alcoholic foods up to 96%. Phthalates free. Bisphenol A free. FDA title 21 item 177.1520 foods. BfR III. Tested acc. to EN 13463-1/EN 60079.
Application: hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of chemicals, food, petroleum products and oils.
Temperature: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on medium.
Construction
Tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food quality UPE. Chemical resistance according to CANDO chemical resistance chart. For temperature exceeding 50°C contact CANDO.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, 1x103Ω≤R≤1x106Ω/lgth. Electrical resistance guaranteed for lengths equal or lower than 40m. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.
