质量标准: EN 12115:11. Tube USP class VI 及 FDA tit.21 it.177.1550. 不含塑化剂.
应用范围: 硬壁胶管， PFA（全氟烷氧基）内胶，几乎可以输送化学 对照表里所有的化学品。适用于移动和固定安装在化学制药罐车 装卸托架以及相关行业。在150°C (+302°F)温度下在线ＣＩＰ消毒。
温度范围: -40°C( -40°F) 到+150°C( +302°F),视介质而定。
软管结构
内层: 黑色，导电，镜面，光滑的PFA 材质，食品级，卓越的耐 热性。化学品适应性请参照CANDO 化学物质表，当输送温度高于 50°C 请与IVG 联系。
加强层: 高强度合成线及螺旋钢丝加强。
外层: 黑色，光滑（表面布纹），导电EPDM 橡胶，耐化学品，耐 磨损，耐臭氧，耐气候。
电阻性: T型, 导电软管R≤1x106Ω/lgth. 长度等于或低于40米的电阻。该管可用于防爆工矿。

Application: hardwall hose with PFA tube (perfluoroalkoxy), suitable to convey almost all chemical products, as found in the IVG chemical resistance chart. Suitable for road and rail tankers unloading bays as well as mobile and fixed installations in chemical pharmaceutical and allied industries. Designed to be sterilized at 150°C (+302°F) with standard CIP.
Temperature: -40°C(- 40°F) +150°C(+302°F) depending on medium.
Construction
Tube: PFA black, conductive, specular, smooth, food quality and with exceptional thermal quality. Chemical resistance according to IVG chemical resistance chart. For temperature exceeding 50°C contact IVG
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord, steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), conductive EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, ozone and weathering.
Electrical Resistance: type Ω/T, electrically conductive hose R≤1x106Ω/lgth. Electrical resistance guaranteed for lengths equal or lower than 40m. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.
